How the heck do you align with both intentions?
You give heed to how you feel. If you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed, you've taken so much attention away from the present that you aren't enjoying your NOW. On the other hand, if you're feeling bored, lethargic, or depressed, you might be well served spending more time imagining what achieving your dreams will feel like and taking small manageable steps that resonate with those feelings.
As humans, we crave success but we don't feel good if we don't have balance. Our feelings will tell us all we need to know to find the right mix for us. Trust yourself!
